Our service

The Can Man provides a trash and recycling can valet service: we bring your cans to the curb before your scheduled pickup and return them afterward. We currently serve a limited set of ZIP codes within Buckhead, Atlanta, GA — not every address qualifies.

Plans and billing

Service is billed at a flat monthly rate based on the plan you select (Basic, Complete, or Premium). There is no long-term contract — service is month-to-month, and you may cancel at any time. Pricing for each plan is listed on our website and may change with notice.

Access to your property

Depending on where your cans are stored, our team may need access to your driveway, garage, or a gated area. We'll confirm exactly what access is needed before starting service.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change your plan at any time by contacting us at info@thecanmanatl.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise.

What isn't included

We handle your regular trash and recycling cans. Yard debris, bulk item pickup, and anything that doesn't fit in a standard can are outside the scope of this service.

Liability

The Can Man carries general liability insurance. While we take care in handling your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to cans, or for delays caused by your waste provider, weather, or other events outside our control.

Waste provider coordination

We work with whatever waste provider you already have. We are not affiliated with your city, county, or private hauler, and we are not responsible for pickups missed by your provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
